Now, I’m going to do my best to contain my excitement here, but please bear with me. To say I’m passionate about this would be an understatement.

It’s the foods you eat that make all the difference in your quality of life.
Listen… I’m not just preaching. A few years ago I was like most Americans. I was sixty pounds overweight, had arthritis in my knees, and my blood pressure was rising. Heck, I couldn’t even walk up the stairs without gasping for breath. Worst of all… I’d lost my passion for life.
It wasn’t until I discovered Dr. Ann Wigmore and her teachings about the Raw Living Foods diet and lifestyle that got me thinking about the foods I was eating on a daily basis.
Come to think of it, I wasn’t thinking at all. Just living life like a zombie, eating whatever passed in front of me that moved slow enough for me to catch…
It almost makes me mad to look back. I mean, think about it – would you put cheap 87 octane gasoline in a Ferrari? No way!
So why would I be putting genetically modified, hormone injected, enzyme-less frankenfoods in my body?
I can’t believe what I was doing.

After I transformed myself I felt I had to share my knowledge. I’ve dedicated the last seven years of my life to helping turn people’s lives around – through the power of what I learned from Dr. Ann Wigmore. Four of those years I spent the season as Director of Creative Health Institute, and I was on the Board of Trustees, though this program is not affiliated with them.
As I was working with others I saw patterns in people. Sure, they “got it” that eating a certain way made sense… but they also needed action steps to help them implement it. A lot of things are easier said than done.
